But not just any old products. We strive for difference, quality, style, uniqueness, perfection. Yes, at Promotive we make custom ties, shirts, bottle openers, umbrellas, executive gifts, sports uniforms, keyrings and a whole lot more.

We understand the fundamental rules of merchandising and hold them close to our heart: Timeliness, attention to detail and working magic within specific budgets.

Today we are a small team with a big vision, operating out of Melbourne Australia with representatives in Bangkok, Shanghai and Manila. Promotive is all about delivering energized results and creating happy clients within the promotional and merchandise industry.

This is the area in which we choose to differentiate most from our competitors. Bland is boring and we try to mix up branded merchandise with subtle tweaking of colours, lines, and all sorts of variations.

Rather than dropping your logo onto a product we offer a unique design service. By collaborating with us we will find out exactly what you seek to represent with your merchandise. With this feedback we will not stop until you are completely happy with your products whether it takes 3 designs or 10. Alternatively you can visit our Design Centre to design something yourself! If you’re not 100% happy with the design created in our design centre, request a quote and we can make any final design tweaks as required. Or speak to one of our Design Crew now!

Our aim is to create boutique quality products without the hefty price tag. All of our merchandise is built to function as designed and we back this with a no questions asked replacement guarantee.

How fast can you make my custom product?

Depending on if sampling is required and design complexity, delivery is available anywhere from 7-15 business days using our Express Delivery option.

What are the standard minimum order quantities?

Minimum order quantities vary by product – please refer to each individual products page or contact us for further information.

Do you have set up charges?

In most cases our setup charge is incorporated into the pricing of our products. Note, most products include one sample and additional samples are available at extra cost.

Is a set-up charge required for a repeat order?

In most cases, no, you will not be charged a setup charge for an exact repeat order.

Can I get a sample of the product?

In most cases, we try to sample products before bulk manufacturing, unless time constraints do not permit. Please contact one of our team to discuss express delivery options.

What artwork formats do you accept?

For most products we will need vector art to avoid art preparation charges; we prefer an .eps file. For most full-color imprints, we will need hi-resolution artwork at 600 dpi or higher. However, in either case, we can work with whatever electronic format you provide. If your artwork requires cleanup or additional preparation, our design team can assist with a full graphic design service if required.
